Maintenance Request

In the event of a non-emergency maintenance request, send an email to mgt@capstonecompany.com and a Capstone representative will follow up with you via email or phone to gather additional information and to schedule the appointment. If you do not use email, you may call the office at (740) 592-2177.

If the call is after normal business hours (Monday-Friday / 8:30 AM-4:30 PM), please be prepared to leave a detailed voicemail regarding the nature of your problem and we will contact you back in a manner that is consistent with the severity of the issue.

If you are experiencing a “major problem” (plumbing, electrical or heating emergency) please call (740) 592-2177 at any time and leave a voicemail stating that you are experiencing an emergency and we will contact you back promptly.

In case of a fire, carbon monoxide alarm or life-threatening emergency call 911.

If you are experiencing a power outage, contact your electric provider. If it’s American Electric Power, the contact number is (800) 277-2177 or you may go to www.aepohio.com/outages/

If you have natural gas at your place, and you smell gas odors, call Columbia Gas immediately at (800) 344-4077.
