Capstone Online Payment Terms

Resident/Tenant Obligations

You, as the Tenant are eligible to use the Service to pay rent and utilities. Your credit card payments made through the Service will be remitted to your Participating Affiliate in accordance with our terms and conditions with the Participating Affiliates. You will receive a timely emailed confirmation from capstonecompany.com acknowledging capstonecompany.com’s receipt of credit card payments. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features, which enhance or augment capstonecompany.com’s current service offering shall be subject to the terms and conditions of service. You must obtain access to the World Wide Web and/or Internet in order to use the Service, either directly or through other devices that access web-based content. You must also pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must supply all necessary equipment to connect to the World Wide Web and/or Internet, including a computer, a modem or other access devices.

Fees and Payments – Tenants

Capstonecompany.com reserves the right at any time to change and/or increase fees for access to portions of the Service or the Service as a whole. Any and all applicable fees and charges incurred through your account for use of this online payment service will be added on to your account after payment has been made, including but not limited to charges for any services offered through the Service by capstonecompany.com or by any other vendor or service provider. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to the use of the Service through your account, and the purchase of any other services. Late fees may be assessed by the Participating Affiliate for rent payments made by credit card, which occur after the late dates and or grace periods as established in your agreement with your Participating Affiliate.

Payment Cancellation, Credit and Refunds

For payments you believe were improperly made, capstonecompany.com may, in its sole discretion, void, rescind or issue a credit for a payment made through the Service at any time prior to the remittance of such payment to a Participating Affiliate. If a payment dispute arises after payment is forwarded to a Participating Affiliate, the responsibility to settle the payment dispute rests with the Tenant and Participating Affiliate. The Tenant waives the right to cancel credit card payments which have been cleared through capstonecompany.com clearing entity.

All convenience fees paid to Capstone Property Management Ltd are non-refundable.

Capstonecompany.com is not a collection agency. Each Participating Affiliate is responsible for ensuring the collection of funds and the proper bank reconciliation of each associated merchant account. Capstonecompany.com is not liable for any returned transaction for any reason.
