Note: Payment must by postmarked or received on or before the 1st of month to avoid late payment charges.

Card payments carry a 3% convenience fee that will be billed to your account with Capstone Property Management Ltd after you have submitted payment.

We encourage residents to pay with check or money order in order to avoid the transaction fees.
